Meet Montinique!Â

Â
Hi, I’m Montinique —
I’m a wife to my amazing husband, a mom to a beautiful daughter, and a passionate advocate for women navigating the many layers of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and everything in between.
My work is deeply grounded in lived experience. At 35, I made the empowering decision to freeze my eggs, a choice driven by self-love, hope, and the desire to preserve my options for the future. This decision turned out to be one of the most transformative experiences of my life, and sparked a deep calling within me to support other women on their unique journeys to and through motherhood.
Years later, I became pregnant (without fertility support or treatmeants) and entered motherhood with deep gratitude, insight, and preparation. However, pregnancy and postpartum still came with their own set of experiences to navigate. I quickly learned how essential preventative care, education, and community are in shaping a woman’s experience during this sacred and vulnerable time. That’s why I do this work.
As a Certified Pre- and Postnatal Wellness Coach, I take a holistic and personalized approach, integrating movement, nutrition, psychology, physiology, and emotional wellness to support each woman’s unique journey. I believe the earlier you receive support, the stronger and more centered you’ll feel when it matters most. My coaching isn't about "bouncing back"—it's about aligning your body, mind, and soul so that you can move forward with strength, clarity, and confidence.
I also believe that support is everything. That’s why I’ve made it my mission not only to coach women but to connect them with the resources, professionals, and community they need to thrive. Whether through curated wellness experiences, trusted referrals, or events that bring women together—I’m here to help you build the village every mother deserves.
Why I Do This Work
What motivates me every day is the belief that no woman should have to navigate motherhood alone or uninformed. I entered this field because I saw the gap—between medical care and emotional care, between physical health and mental wellbeing, between the information women are given and what they truly need to feel empowered. My own experiences, both joyful and challenging, fuel my passion for creating safe, nurturing, and transformational spaces for women to feel seen, heard, and supported.
From egg freezing and fertility preservation, to preparing for birth, healing through postpartum, and reclaiming your identity as a woman—I’m here for all of it. Because I’ve lived it, I’ve studied it, and I know how powerful it can be when we have the right care, the right strategy, and the right support.
