This On-Line Coaching, Courses, Trainings and Resources Terms and Conditions Disclaimer and Agreement and (“Agreement”) is made by and between Montinique Marie, LLC, a Maryland Certified Pre- and Postnatal Coach (“Coach”) and the below-signed Client.

Welcome to Journey to Eden Wellness. By accessing or using this website and/or purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

    All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of booking. All digital product purchases and coaching packages are non-refundable once accessed or the service has begun. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for more information.
  5. User Conduct
    You agree not to:
    - Use the website to transmit harmful or unlawful content.
    - Attempt to hack, damage, or interfere with the functionality or security of the website.
